Like the other guy stated. Ryan is a good mechanic. He has worked on all of my cars (5 total), he works fast, honest, and he can usually diagnose problems correctly. I have never had problems with him in terms of money. He will go over the cost of parts and labor, just like a shop. The only problem i have had with him as of late is that he is hard to get in touch with. I have since found out it was because of personal issues. He ahs never asked me for advance $ for repairs, he will ask for money for parts while he is working on your car, but i don't see anything wrong with that. I think the poster of negative comments on craigslist has a personal problem with Ryan. As far as drugs that's his personal business, he comes to my home neat and clean (well atleast until he works on my car) I have never seen the man even drink a beer while working. Anyway I think we are all adults here weather you use him or not I will continue to give him business. Do yourself a favor and give him a try, you
He did a very good job, showed up on time and was courteous. He had a big job to do (in my opinion) to replace the rack & pinion assembley in my Camry. Though it took longer than he estimated, he arrived on time, finished the job the same day and everything worked. I think there is a dissatisfied customer that is trying to runi Ryan;s reputation buit he is a good guy.
