I needed to have some work done on my BMW so I called Abs Exotic Repair. They were incredibly helpful, got the job done correctly and had me back on the road in no time. My car now drives fantastically and I know I will use Abs Exotic Repair again if I need to someday!
Abs Exotic was very thorough in communicating with me throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I appreciate everything that Angela does.

I had an excellent experience having my 97 bmw repaired here. It was a 'new to me' purchase that i dropped off with a laundry list of symptoms that all pointed towards transmission problems (another so called BMW mechanic flat out told me the tranny needed replacement) WRONG! Angela and her team trouble shot the problem down to a control module and were able to do it with an efficiency and accuracy that didn't cost me a penny on unnecessary parts or labor. They were in constant communication on the progress and I've never felt a trust at any other mechanic like this before. I really felt like a VIP! Thank you Angela!!
Just to note a change in treatment from ABS Exotic. I have been taking my car to ABS since October 2010 and thought I was getting knowledgeable and honest service. Something has changed recently after problems were noted with my vehicle. It was originally assessed as "excellent condition" after some initial work by Angela. That work included control arms and bushings for the front end. I was told no alignment was necessary and no other work needed. New tires were added and no unusual tire wear appeared. An iterim issue of a "stripped oil drain plug" surfaced. There was reluctance to even touch it. When asked how it was known it was stripped if you didn't touch it, I was advised that it was only finger tight and could be replaced......for around $100. A BMW dealer looked at the plug and indicated it probably could have been done by them for around $20...no evidence of stripping or damage to the plug. I am here picking up my car & wanted to rate this shop ! just took test drive with Angela and she made my car new! it runs like the day I bought it! several other shops tried to fix this issue I was having with the front end it was a noise when you turned the wheel . when i dropped off the car she even went for a drive with me to listen to the noise! very happy with the service! when I came to pick up my car no surprises on the bill it was just like she said to the penny! she even emailed me to confirm exactly how much the bill would be and the scope of the repairs!
