Four visits to get my snowmobile fixed over 2 seasons and still no resolultion. The problem being an oil leak (4 stroke engine). They replaced a crank seal 2 times charging me for it each time - the third time they told me the crank seal was put in wrong the first visit and I should not have been charged. They did give me a gift certificate equivalent to about 1/5 the money I have spent. This season I asked them if they wanted to try to fix again and they told me NO. Many other people I work with warned me, but they are so convienently located for me I gave them a chance - big mistake. Stay Away from Landair!
