I am a AAA member and recently got towed to Arto's shop. He was quick to find the my issue and didn't even charge me!! It was loose lug nuts that was causing my car to shake. I give him 5 stars. One of the few honest small father and son shop's left. |

I got stuck on 128.AAA towed me to Arto's shop and he quickly resolved my issue.He was honest and prompt.Very happy with his services and would recommend him to all. |

I read about artos service on this web site and tried him out on my lexus. I first had an estimate on my brakes which I thought was fishy so I had him check it out and he beat the first estimate without even seeing the original price. I will definitly usde his services again! |

I was referred to Arto througha co-worker and I'm glad I found him. I went a few months ago to have the license plate light and a taillight replaced after being pulled over a few times. Arto gave me a reasonable quote and then, in replacing the license plate light, found that the whole wiring sustem for the light was corroded he replaced all of the wiring but did not charge me a penny for the labor or parts because a)he didn't diagnose it originally and b) he quoted me a specific price and would not go back on his word. One of the best mechanics I've ever used and by far the best in the Boston area. |

Arto has the fastest turnaround time and is the fairest mechanic out there. If it doesn't need to be fixed, he doesn't tell you to fix it! Anyone not satisfied is dumb. |

Nice guy with reasonable prices but not that great at diagnosing problems. If you know what you need to get done then I would go to him. If you have a problem that you're not sure what it is then I would go to a specialist that deals with your car's brand. |

I use arto's service and I feel he is very honest and reasonable.I have never had any reason not to trust him.I would highly recommend him to any one.I first was refered to his shop by AAA and I can see why they refered me to his shop.It is truely a family owned and operated establishment that I think there are very few of left.So I give it 2 thumbs up for sure. |

I have red some good reviews about this auto service and I went there to replace a wheel bearing, guy really looked a nice guy, but I was really disappointed after the job was done.I came to pick up my car and Arto said that car is fine now.But after driving of couple miles the squeal noise started coming out of the same wheel he worked on and steering wheel vibration occur.So next day I went to see him again and he agreed that he damaged brake rotor.So I bought a new rotors and when I changed the rotor I found more things he did to me.Wheel bolts where not tighten and wheel was loose, one hub rod was damaged so i had to make a new thread for it, there were also scratches on my new rims.Three of ball joint boots were damaged also, now I'm taking my car back to him for those boot replacement.If I would not find that by my self those ball joints would go bad in couple months and that would cost me 500$ to replace them. So that is a honest guy you can trust. |

I have gone to Arto for everything! I recommended him to my Mother, Stepfather, friends, co-workers, etc. He is a rare breed. Honest, hard-working, attentive, and best of all, good at what he does. I would drive hours each way to see Arto. The first place I went after I bought my most recent car was to Arto to see if I had gotten the deal that I thought I had. If he had disagreed, it would have gone back. This is the type of mechanic that you can TRUST!!! |

If I could have rated him higher I would have. Arto's is hands down the most credible and competent service station in MA. He sells his gas at cost and offers the most reasonable repair rates around. Go to him and you will see the light. |

It is hard to find an honest mechanic and when you do you know he is a keeper. I love Arto because he doesn't go to a book to figure out what's wrong woth your car. He LOOKS at it and in a little while he lets you know what the problem is, and how he is going to fix it. Your car is ready when it was promised and the price for quality repairs beats the dealerships' everytime. I rate him Watertown's best. |

Arto is the most honest and frienly mechanic I've ever met. I had a complex job to do on my old Isuzu and no mechanic wanted to take it. I posted my request on the internet, Arto responded and quickly did an excellent job. |

Oil changes are so fast and cheaper than the dealership. He does the change right in front of you too so you know he's doing everything correctly and throughly. |

Awesome repairs. A normal person (not a neandethal grease monkey!) to talk to about your car. As good as it gets in the car repair biz. |

This is a terrific guy who has saved me money and helped me out in jam situations numerous times. He is friendly, courteous, professional, I have never had any reason to think he is anything other than honest. He's a young guy who I think has a great future ahead of him and I'm glad I found him! |
