i have had nothing but bad experiences at their shop. they are slow to get back to you with information (updating you on the status of your vehicle, ordering parts, etc). the last job they did for me caused additional work unrelated to the initial repair-which cost me an additional $600.00 to correct and my vehicle is still not running properly. they attributed their error to the age of the vehicle (they snapped multiple bolts holding a part that when taken to another shop, were removed easily by heating first-a basic for seized/rusted parts on anything). they sent me cross-country with "1" bolt holding what should have had "3". the worst part is they are a part of the napa program now-so they told me to contact them to "repair" their mistake. if your in the area, definitely look elsewhere... |
