July 2011 They fixed a leak in the coolant system on one of our cars- had to take the car back into have the dashboard put back together correctly--including the steering column gaping open and the interior trunk button no longer working.
Sept 2011
We had a full clutch replacement done on one of the cars. Immediately after bringing it home, we noticed a horrible noise coming from the engine. Told it was the sound of the new clutch. February 2012, diagnosed a collapsed engine mount.
October 2011
One of our cars was in an accident that required an alignment and one new tire, as well as body work. We drove the car off the lot and noticed that it pulled to the left. told that it was the new tire on one side of the car. Discovered that a control arm was bent leading to the alignment problem. Told Carlisle, refused to take any responsibility for the issue. |
