Good mechanics in Ottawa/is this estimate appropriate?

Hi guys! So I've been at a Chrysler dealership today for an oil change on my 2006 PT Cruiser... Which ended in receiving a 1900$ estimate! Of course, this amount is huge so I'll be needing a second opinion. I'm looking for other garages, which would be less expensive, and a reliable mechanic! Would you know any in Ottawa?

Also, I was questionning this estimate. Is this what I can expect everywhere? The estimate includes labour and is for :
Changing the front pads and rotars (the breaks do need to be changed, they squeal but they still have 7-10k in them) : 403
Rear service, grind drums : 110
The sway bar links : 152
Plug, pvc, air filter : 200
Fuel induction (those two things are maintenance, my car has 80k) : 219
Control arm bushing (doesn't need to be changed imo) : 544

Get a seccond opinion.

If you really need those things and the price is correct I recomend taking it to the first shop, just because they were accurate and honest.

Some of the prices seem a little high. But I would get another look somewhere else to make sure it needs all of that. But if it needs all of the above, keep in mind that it all adds up fast if it get worse while driving it around.
